Armidale Family History Group
Armidale is located midway between Sydney and Brisbane on the Northern Tablelands of New South Wales, Australia. The first record of the town's existence dates to September 1839 when a Land Commissioner, George Macdonald, made a report to the Government in Sydney. Today, this region is also known as New England.

Ballina & Districts Heritage Site
This work is dedicated to the pioneers of yesterday, who had the courage to venture into the wilderness, going forth into the unknown of their to-morrows, and endure the harshness of the land and progress. Bathurst Family History Group
The Family History Group of Bathurst Inc. was founded in 1985 by a small number of people who wanted to help each other to make progress with their family history research. Bathurst is the oldest inland city in Australia and is located about 200 km west of Sydney.

Berrima District Historical and Family History Society
The museum contains a range of displays and memorabilia of the Southern Highlands, including relics and artefacts of Berrima during the First World War when it was an internment camp for German naval P.O.Ws from the Emden. A major exhibition of this latter material is on display.

Blue Mountains Family History Society
BMFHS and Blue Mountains City Council Family History Resources are housed in Springwood Library. Both the Society and Council have bought many new resources to be used in the dedicated area where computers, microfilm and microfiche readers are situated. Society volunteers are available to help researchers from 10am to 1pm in each week day except from mid December to mid January.

Botany Bay Family History Society
The Botany Bay Family History Society was formed in 1984 to "assist members in their family history research" by providing a meeting place in the Sutherland Shire for genealogists and family historians to pursue their common interests. Cornish Association, NSW
Established in 1974, the Cornish Association of New South Wales (CANSW), formerly the Cornish Association of Sydney, is the equal second oldest Cornish Association in Australia, and the second largest. Membership by household is 172, covering over 300 people. There is plenty of room for growth as 2% (or over 100,000 people) in the State of NSW have Cornish ancestry!

Milton Ulladulla Local and Family History Site
The Milton Ulladulla district is on the NSW South Coast, being part of the city of Shoalhaven. Captain Cook first saw Aboriginals on our beaches in 1770. The first white Settler was Rev Thomas Kendall in 1828 who started cedar cutting at Narrawallee Creek near Milton. Ulladulla was known as Nulladulla - meaning safe harbour.

Muswellbrook Local and Family History Society
The Society maintains its records and a small museum in "Weidmann Cottage" in front of the Muswellbrook Library at 132 Bridge Street. Muswellbrook. The Cottage is opened every Saturday from 9.30am - 12.30pm. The Cottage may be opened at other times by appointment if resources permit. Buses and tour groups are most welcome.

Narre Warren and District Family History Group
We are a volunteer, non-profit group whose primary aim is to support both Family and Local History within the City of Casey and the Shire of Cardinia. We serve the communities of Narre Warren, Narre Warren North and East, Berwick, Harkaway, Pakenham, Cranbourne, Beaconsfield and the surrounding areas.

Nepean Family History Society
The Nepean Family History Society was founded in December 1980 by a group of local people interested in getting together on a formal and social basis to further their interest in family history. The Society grew from the growing demand for facilities designed to provide the family historian in the Nepean area with better access to genealogical records and related reference works.

Newcastle Family History Society
The Newcastle Family History Society Inc., formed in 1983 is a friendly, busy group of people dedicated to family history, with interests in families from around the world. Not all our members live in Newcastle, however. Many belong because their ancestors came from the Lower Hunter region of New South Wales, and they like to keep in touch with our activities and publications, through our Journal.

Port Stephens Family History Society
Port Stephens Family History Society was formed in 1986 (formerly known as Tilligerry Family History Society).
